This Privacy Policy explains how Attain Law Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through AttainLaw.com (the “Site”), and the rights California residents have over that information. It is also our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).

Please do not include more sensitive detail in a form than you need to describe your matter. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the information is not confidential (see our Terms and Conditions).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we or another attorney can help you.
- To route your inquiry to the right practice area. We use an AI service (Amazon Bedrock) to read the text of your inquiry and suggest a practice area.
- To understand how the Site is used, through Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies.
- To measure and improve our advertising, through the Meta Pixel and advertising campaign parameters, if you accept advertising cookies.
- To keep the Site secure and comply with legal and professional obligations.
We use sensitive information only to respond to and evaluate your inquiry. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and code from the jsDelivr network, which receive your IP address and browser information to deliver those files.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Sending page activity to Meta or Google for advertising may be “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. That happens only if you accept cookies, and you can withdraw that choice at any time (see Section 5). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
4. How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate and handle any resulting matter, and meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google and Meta under the retention settings of their services. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
5. Your Choices
- Cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. To change your choice, use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page. See our Cookie Policy.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, and we do not load analytics or advertising cookies. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, which have no agreed standard.
- Communications. To stop calls, texts or emails from us, reply STOP to a text or email info@AttainLaw.com with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. To stop contact from a Third Party Attorney, contact them directly.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and whom we disclosed it to.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request. Email info@AttainLaw.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call us toll-free at (888) 970-8627. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to 45 more days, we will tell you why. We will verify your identity by matching information you give us with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide your signed permission.
Shine the Light. California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not make such disclosures.
7. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last Updated” date.
